exclusive: dina manzo leaving the real housewives of new jersey [television]

you heard it here first. 

dina manzo is leaving the real housewives of new jersey. her last episode will air next monday, june 14. 

bravo's been advertising the june 14 episode as the last for one of the housewives, but they're keeping the information hush hush to build suspense. "and. one. housewife. leaves. the. show. for. ever." is actually how the trailer goes. so who peeped? 

well. bravo, naturally. 

this isn't the first time bravo has spoiled one of their own surprises. but a secret this big, you'd think they'd at least do their best to try and hide it. alas, they're clearly not thinking. all a superfan like me has to do is go back to the season two preview trailer and rewatch. let's see... we have:

- scenes of theresa on vacation in italy
- scenes of danielle fighting with theresa
- scenes of jacqueline screaming at danielle
- scenes of caroline talking to a crying albie

what's missing?

that's right - scenes of dina doing anything we haven't seen before! there she is fighting with danielle (check!). there she is telling jacqueline to watch out (check!). no footage of new stuff. which means, she's the one!

I had a feeling it would be Dina. She is over the drama and the only way to get rid of it is to stop having Bravo force her into those situations. Personally, I think she is the smartest out of the bunch - I will miss her, but it's the right move!

I think you're right. I'm going to miss Dina for many reasons, one being that she had the only tolerable child on the show. (I know it's not her daughter, but when Dina leaves, can she please take Ashley with her???) I'm pulling for Kim G or Danny to be the new permanent housewives.

Good for her! Can she adopt Danielle's daughters and get them off the show before they need thousands of dollars in therapy!!!

Who would blame her for wanting off the show? There seems little continuity with the cast, and the presence of Danielle
is ridiculous. What does Dina really have in common with most of the women except she and Caroline are married to brothers?
What does Danielle have to do with any of these people? She's trashy, tacky, and pitiful. Get her off the show, but then
there'd be absolutely no reason to watch it.
